She founded a Facebook group for Black women in tech, giving members a platform to share experiences, resources, and opportunities without judgment. \u201cConnection is central to resilience,\u201d Pearl reflected. \u201cWhen things feel uncertain, knowing you\u2019re not alone changes everything.\u201d<\/p><\/div>

Across their experiences, the thread is clear: networking is not about numbers, but about depth, trust, and reciprocity. A strong community doesn\u2019t just provide opportunities \u2014 it sustains you through challenges, offers fresh perspectives, and reinforces your place in your field. As Selina put it, \u201cYour network should be more than a contact list \u2014 it should be a circle that grows with you.\u201d<\/p>
